Yey!! It's the day of the entries!! If everyone involved could get their entries in asap, that'd be amazing, I'm so looking forward to reading them! Unfortunately, I timed this really badly, and it's currently the middle of my exams. If you guys could give me a week to read them all, I will announce the winner next wednesday. Good luck all!!
EDIT: Erm....It's been a bit of a disaster!!! I've only had two entries, so it's somewhat more restricted than originally intended. Anyway, sorry guys, we'll continue as before!! :_o
here's the rules and info:

1) It HAS to be an original piece of prose, written by YOU and YOU alone (just to cover my back!!)
2)The theme is communication. Make of that what you will, be creative!
3)Entries should be in by 1st June - which means you need to send me a note with the title of your work, and I'll link it on my journal accordingly. All pieces of prose to be put into their owner's gallery on this day. Anyone else who wants can do the same on their journal site, the more people who do it, the more will read it!
4)The contest will be judged by....me! I'm not an amazing artist, so there won't be any art prizes as such, just the smug, self-satisfied knowledge that you are the best! Unless anyone wants to suggest a suitable prize (let me know!)
5)The word count is limited to 500-600 words.
6)If you want to enter, let me know in advance so I know how many entries to expect.
6)The competition is open to everyone, so let all your devart buddies know, and have fun!!!
